About Dru Nadler Photography

I received a 35mm camera as a gift when I graduated from high school;
and I never wanted to put it down. I decided to pursue my passion and
study art photography at the School of Visual Arts in NYC. Eventually,
I started working at a small newspaper as a photojournalist. It was
hard to believe, I was actually getting paid to take photographs.
After a time, I moved on to a daily paper, where each day brought new
challenges artistically and professionally.

After my daughter was born, I started photographing weddings and found
that I was able to combine my love of art photography and
photojournalism. My work is all about capturing the emotion, the candid moments
and creating beautifully composed portraits. It is pretty
amazing to be an integral part of such an important day in people's
lives. To create something that will last, long after the special day
has passed. I'm honored to be a part of each wedding I photograph.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my photographs, I hope to work with
you in the future.
